Starting Point

Riverside has designed these classes for two main purposes: First, to help you grow and mature, as you become a follower of Christ. Secondly, Starting Point provides a place where you can get connected and feel like you are a part of the Family. This is a four week series of classes held every other month throughout the year. Childcare is provided.

This class is a basic introduction to the ministry of Riverside Church and will help you understand our core values. Water Baptism is also investigated.

This class develops two essential habits
that every believer needs to become spiritually mature: Reading The Word and Prayer. We also explore the Baptism in the Holy Spirit.

Here, a third and fourth habit are discussed; Fellowship with other believers in a Growth Group and Giving. You also have the chance to become a member.

Our personality S.H.A.P.E. and gift mix (which equip us to serve) is discovered as well as the opportunity to become a part of Riverside’s Dream Team. (Starting Point is complete when
you join or start a ministry team.)
